I want you to know that true healing & recovery is possible!
You desire to experience freedom yet you…
- Are plagued with feelings of self doubt
- Lack confidence
- Are gripped by anxiety
- Struggle to know your value and worth
- Wonder if you will ever be free from the trauma you’ve experienced
- Feel alone in the journey
As your therapist, my goal is to help you identify and acknowledge the strength and resilience that is already inside of you. If you are in a state of overwhelm or a stage of life where it feels like there is no way out, I want to show you through our work together that hope and healing is possible.
I am an EMDR therapist who specializes in working with women who have experienced trauma, anxiety, and eating disorders.
I truly believe you can experience freedom!
I have both personal and professional experience in these areas and am honored to walk alongside you in your healing journey.
As we work together, you will be able to share your story in the presence of a safe and trustworthy therapist. Many people say this helps you feel less isolated and alone.
I will assist you in challenging your internal messages, help you learn effective coping skills, and through EMDR therapy you can process the painful memories that keep you from reaching your goals and living a life of freedom.
You can live authentically, rediscover your strengths, experience peace, and know your truth worth.
Freedom is possible and you are worth investing in!
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Louisiana, and a Nationally Certified Counselor with experience in individual, family, and group therapy.
